A large, thriving luxury hotel located in the heart of West London W8 are looking for a Revenue Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Driving the hotel's revenue strategy with a focus on Room Revenue to maximize its market share.
• Implement effective pricing and distribution strategies.
• Optimize inventory management techniques.
• Define and implement revenue strategy across channels.
• Manage revenue management systems.
• Participate in annual budget and strategy plans.
• Critically assess distribution channel strategies.

Desirable

• High-end hotel revenue management experience.
• Strong critical thinking skills.
• Understanding of PMS and revenue management systems such as Concerto.
• Exceptional numeracy and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with distribution channels and market intelligence reports.
