The Company

A fast-growing retail chain that provide a range of DIY products, tools, building materials to both consumers and the trade and looking for a talented hands on Senior Marketing Manager to lead a growing marketing team of 5 in the delivery of both digital and traditional marketing campaigns.

Based at the companies Maidstone HQ (flexible working available) the Senior Marketing Manager will lead and develop the company’s in-house, multi-disciplined marketing team creating a range of B2C and B2B campaigns that promote the companies products, services and brand.

Desirable

  • 3+ years of multi-channel Marketing experience at a Senior level
  • Experience in Retail, DIY, Construction, Building Materials or a similar industry. (advantageous)
  • Experience in setting up and delivering successful marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO and PPC.
  • Strong commercial and strategic thinking skills.
  • Creative with design with strong content creation skills.
