Salary:  £50,000 to £60,000 +

A thriving private healthcare company with around 15 UK based Clinics that offer various medical testing and screening services are looking for a Head of Operations for a key post based from their Central London offices. .

The main purpose of this Head of Operations position will be to lead and manage the companies clinical operations facilities and managers across all sites covering departments such as Customer Support, Logistics, Health and Safety and Fulfilment.

The role will be very hands on requiring a strong pro-active leader that makes things happen. Ideally you will have wide ranging, cross-functional operations experience gained at a Senior level managing a similar multi-site healthcare services or similar business.

This is a great opportunity to join an excellent company with a great team that is growing very fast.

Desirable

  • 5+ years’ experience at a Senior Operations or Head of Operations Level for a multi-site (ideally Healthcare Services, Health Technology or Screening) type business.
  • In depth knowledge of business functions such as Procurement, Facilities Management, Health and Safety, Fulfilment, Logistics / 3PL
  • Strong Leadership experience
  • Excellent organisational, communication and people skills
  • Good business analysis and strong report writing skills
  • An understanding of UKAS regulations;
  • NEBOSH Certification in Health & Safety (or similar / equivalent)
