Salary:  £70,000 to £80,000

The Company

A fantastic new in the UK Men’s health and well-being company that are currently scaling at an incredible pace are looking for a Head of Brand Communications.

The company have enjoyed huge success internationally and are now looking to replicate that success in the UK. The company provide a comprehensive range of very high-quality diagnostic and holistic health and well-being services aimed at helping men in particular take better care of themselves.


Based from the companies London Bridge HQ (60% remote working available) you’ll build, develop and lead the company’s in-house, multi-disciplined team. You will bring the companies brand to life through results focused PR programmes, scalable and measurable content marketing campaigns and top-class community creation, engagement and growth.

A storyteller at heart, you'll flourish in this role if you can collaboratively lead the development and execution of strategic, integrated communication programmes, designed to build brand awareness and consideration, ultimately leading to an impressive top-line business impact.

Specific Duties

  • Recruit, coach and develop an in-house team of content, community, and marketing communications specialists
  • Develop a Brand strategy and approach by researching audience, market and competitor insights
  • Collaborate with teams across the business to establish and evolve processes that ensure consistency of the brand across all customer touch points, from advertising campaigns to customer support
  • Continuously produce outstanding marketing and communications campaigns designed to drive growth; expertly stewarding the team through strategy and concept to the honing of messaging and execution
  • Continuously track brand health metrics (e.g., awareness, consideration, perception) and ROI of brand initiatives to measure success and learnings

Desirable Skills and Experience

  • 6+ years of Marketing / Communications experience (client side or agency)
  • Demonstrable ability to hire, manage and motivate high performing teams
  • Proven experience building successful consumer brands - ideally in-house at a tech start-up
  • Experience in delivering campaigns across digital and traditional channels
  • A hands-on history of successfully delivering projects in at least two of the following areas: integrated marketing, PR, content marketing, social media
  • Previous healthcare industry experience is a plus, and any experience creating content within a regulated industry would be beneficial too (not essential)
  • Prior experience working with cross-functional, remote or international teams in a start-up/scale-up or high-growth business exposure
