Fantastic career opportunity for an experienced Guest Services Manager or Duty Manager to join our clients Front Office team at a super high-end luxury Hotel in Knightsbridge, Central London.

We are looking for a motivated, proactive and personable Guest Service Duty Manager who understands exactly what it means to deliver a 5-star service.

Reporting to the Reception Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all guest services operations from arrival to departure ensuring the smooth running of all operations ensuring that the The Hotels values are delivered throughout.

You will naturally engage with guests, consistently providing a high-end guest service whilst always aiming to achieve 100% guest satisfaction!

Skills and Experience

  • Previous managerial experience as a Guest Service Manager or Duty Manager within a luxury hotel
  • High level of IT proficiency including Opera
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
  • Personable, naturally engaging and attentive with an eye for detail.
