Reporting to the Reception Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all guest services operations from arrival to departure ensuring the smooth running of all operations ensuring that the The Hotels values are delivered throughout.
You will naturally engage with guests, consistently providing a high-end guest service whilst always aiming to achieve 100% guest satisfaction!
