Digital Marketing Performance Analyst

Salary:  £30,000 to £35,000

Clients include dynamic innovative, hyper-growth start-ups through to some of the world's largest and most well-respected technology brands.

Initially remote and then on a flexible (1 to 3 day week basis) from the companies HQ in SW London the ideal candidate will be a data-driven, tech-savvy Digital Analyst with experience in marketing performance testing, analysis, and reporting.

We are ideally seeking an individual with a can-do attitude, that can set up and configure digital strategy tools (on-page analytics, a/b, and multivariate testing, ads management, email flows etc) and analyse and produce insightful recommendations on how to improve campaign performance

Duties of the Digital Marketing Performance Analyst

  • Monitoring, analysing and reporting on the performance of digital campaigns
  • Turning content and campaign insights into clear performance recommendations
  • Analysing and measuring the effectiveness of digital channels, marketing, and content
  • Create reports and dashboards to showcase and demonstrate performance
  • Aid in the creation and implementation of analytics strategy across all digital channels.
  • Help to educate and train both staff and clients on analytics reporting.
  • Be the subject matter expert for data management including data acquisition, scraping, analysis, strategy and reporting
  • Drive and improve client and internal reporting on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.

Desirable Experience of the Digital Marketing Performance Analyst

  • Analytical thinker, data-focused, results-driven, and able to problem solve whilst working collaboratively as part of a wider marketing team
  • Expert knowledge and an adept user of reporting and analytics tools and platforms Google Analytics and Tag Manager
  • Experience of A/B testing and tools such as Google Optimize, VWO, Optimizely
  • Experience with B2B analytics stacks and methodologies
  • Demonstrable interest in analytics, statistics, and/or using data
  • Knowledge of OO Programming Languages such as JavaScript, PHP, Python etc (Not Essential)
