The main focus of the role will be to drive growth of the companies' large customer base by shaping and implementing an innovative multi-channel CRM marketing strategy.

This exciting CRM Manager role requires a mixture of strategic thinking and hands-on delivery skills. You will leveraging multiple channels to communicate with customers and be responsible for tasks such as, Monthly campaign planning, Building, testing and deploying CRM Marketing campaigns, reporting and performance measuring.

Desirable experience of the CRM Marketing Manager

  • You’re an up and coming CRM  Manager OR CRM focused Senior Marketing Executive who wants to push your career to the next level:
  • You have 2-5 years hands-on CRM Marketing experience (not necessarily at manager level)
  • Strong email marketing, experience with hands-on management, including testing and delivery
  • Experience developing client-side CRM strategies with clear performance goals
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent analytical skills and good user of Excel
  • Sports and/or betting knowledge is desirable, but not essential
